Great buying experience! My wife and I traveled a long way, and upon our arrival, the Sales staff had the vehicle ready and everybody was friendly and very helpful. Our salesman was Chris and he was awesome! So nice to have an accurate description of a vehicle after such a long drive. The whole thing took about 45 minutes and we were on our way.
Do not take your car in for an inspection. Ridiculous. Price gouging at its finest.

Great place. Very nice people. Was looking for a specific truck to replace my 2020 F150 and they had it. Danny, Logan and Cammy were awesome. Danny was great to work with. Gentry was the first listing on auto trader with the best price. I was contacted within 5-10 minutes by Ashley. I made the 20 minute drive and met Danny the salesman who is pretty much everyone’s favorite uncle. They made me and my wife feel at home. Danny went out of his way to keep us comfortable and informed. The process was very transparent. I believe the sales team gave us a great deal, and stayed after closing to take care of us.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!! We bought a NEW 90k Chevy Silverado ZR2 less than 3 weeks ago from you. Went on our first vacation and the truck broke down 2.5 hours into our trip. We called and they basically told us sorry nothing they can do ( no offer to send another truck or pick ours up) while we're stranded away from home with a 40ft horse trailer, horses, and a young kid.

I went to Gentry Chevrolet today because they had sent out an ad that included a pull tab prize card. I thought I'd won something so Savannah helped me with that and I won some money! Great, friendly place to buy a vehicle or get one serviced.
Just went to their big promotional Mega Money grand opening event they sent me a pull tab ticket on the ticket it implies that I won a truck and I have to scan my barcode when I come in so I can get my prize. Took my truck here for an oil leak and auto stop start issues. 950.00 ish later truck still not fixed. I don't advise this service department. I called back and asked for my old parts and was told they tossed them. Tech never test drove my truck after repairs . If he would have done that, he would have seen it was still broken. I belive they only have parts changers not certified technicians. Im hoping the oil leak doesn't come back. Ill be dealing with them Ill post updates .good or bad.
Every time I have taken either of my vehicles to victory I have had an issue. This is the second time I have taken a vehicle there and they could not get the lug nuts off to rotate the tires. They tried to sell me new lug nuts even though they couldn’t get the old ones off. Then I still had to pay the same price for the oil change/tire rotation even though they didn’t rotate the tires. I will not be paying to take my vehicle to this service department again.

Everyone I come in contact with was very polite and eager to help me. it was quite convenient to have them give me a ride home while they put on the new tires and everything took a little bit then they came back and got me when it was all done.
Had appointment, called at 4 pm and they stated they had not even looked at it yet. It takes a lot of organization when you have a family to go down a vehicle. Victory Chevy service in Smithville is a joke.
They accommodated my change request and got me into the shop the day after Thanksgiving. The staff was very helpful and positive when I arrived and when I picked up the vehicle, not to mention efficient on the work. Usually when you leave, and not wait on site, some places delay the work. They got the truck right in and finished in less than 2 hours. I also appreciated the link they give you to track progress.

I have always been a Ford and Lexus person but when I needed a new truck in 2024 my son in law who is in sales there told me I needed to give Chevrolet a try. I did and loved it and the service we received. We retired and really only needed 1car so we traded our Lexus SUV and my pickup in on a Tahoe. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff. Was one of the easiest vehicle purchases we’ve made. Have used their service department once to fix a faulty radio. Went above and beyond to repair in a timely manner and worked with Chevy to get the manufacturer to cover some of the bill since we were just past our warranty. Highly recommend!
